The hotel is clean and stylish. The reception staff is really helpful and well managed. The guest room is silent and equipped with central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. The location is ideal, very close to Corso della Giovecca.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the historic center, just a stone's throw away from the castle and city center. It's great to be able to explore the charming streets of this beautiful city on foot. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms, with their frescoed ceilings and modest, classic-style furniture, were comfortable and clean. It was a nice touch to have windows overlooking an atrium where the air conditioning unit was located, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was simply delightful, with a variety of delicious snacks from the bakery/cafe attached to the hotel.
Everything was more than satisfactory.

Benevolence and efficiency of the staff, cleaniness of the room and the hotel in general, perfect location. Good value for money especially if there is a special offer. An advice to European non-Italian travellers: Italian electric sockets do not allow pluggin-in a standard (two-prongs) European plug. The adaptor is needed. Hence, Either bring the one of your own or ask at the hotel's front desk (as I did, and they immediately found the thing).
Moscitoes. But this problem can be resolved with the help of the hotel stuff (they provide a nice electric device which produces moscito-killing fume).

we were put in a nonsmoking room that was smoked in previously. the front desk admitted that they knew this and said nothing to us until we complained. We should never have been placed in that room to begin with

It is undoubtedly a lovely old fashioned and comfortable option when in Ferrara. Everything is great, I thoroughly enjoyed well-maintained room and fantastic location. The breakfast includes good food, such as coffee and bread. The hotel is placed in the heart of the city and has friendly staff at the reception desk. There is bar Il Bocconcino, set 900 feet walk away.

We loved the location of the hotel, which was right in the heart of this city. The hotel was within walking distance of the main tourist sites and close to the center. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the staff were really helpful. We were impressed with the hotel facilities, which included a parking lot and transportation options.
Nothing all excellent.

The location was great and incredible, for example, Diamanti Palace was within a close distance from the hotel. I had reasonably priced room in classic style. I got a good breakfast with brioches and including excellent pastries from the shop of the same name, for instance.

Good location, close to the historic center and major streets. Breakfast was fine with a variety of options. The hotel has an old-world charm that is present throughout the entire property.
The rooms were old, outdated, and in dire need of a renovation. The overall cleanliness was poor, with stained carpets and bathroom fixtures that needed attention.

This hotel in the heart of Ferrara exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location is fantastic, just steps away from the downtown attractions. Secondly, the staff were extremely professional and hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile. Thirdly, the rooms, although modest in furniture, had beautiful frescoed ceilings that added a touch of elegance and charm. Lastly, the breakfast provided was light but delicious, setting us up for a great start to the day.
The hotel was a bit crowded and could benefit from some renovation.
